Awards ceremony held to reward the best in the hospitality industry

THE PNB Darby Park Executive Suites added three more awards to its collection at the prestigious Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards 2010-2012, Malaysia Series held in Kuala Lumpur recently. Organised every two years, the event was attended by the management of top 5-star and 4-star hotels and resorts throughout Malaysia. This award was established as a celebration of the ultimate achievement in hospitality. Among the 32 awards presented at the 9th edition of the ceremony, PNB Darby Park was named as HAPA Best Serviced Residence 2010-2012.

In addition, PNB Darby Park marketing and communications manager Farizan Farees and executive sous chef Ashar Daud from The 39 Restaurant were awarded the top three best PR/Marcom Personality and Top 10 Best Asian Cuisine Chef respectively. “Our success was a result of dedication, commitment and hard work of all the staff in PNB Darby Park as it is a collective team effort. This would not have been possible without the continuous support of our guests and relentless efforts our team to provide the best of product and services to guests,” said PNB Darby Park executive assistant manager Taha Zainal. He added that the latest achievement will drive everybody to provide 5-star service in challenging market environment and at par with international standard. “I believe managing success is harder than gaining it.”
