PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is offering great deals in its Year End Sale (YES) from today to Dec 17 for travel from Dec 5 until Sept 30 next year.
Economy class airfares are discounted up to 30% while business class fares will be discounted up to 45%. These offers cover travel from Malaysia to South-East Asia, North Asia, South Asia, Australia, North America and Europe.
MAS regional senior vice-president Malaysia and Asean Region Muzammil Mohamad said the sale was also to mark the airline's 40th anniversary.
“This has been a great year for us. It is also a year with many significant milestones especially the entry of the A380 into service. “This sale will enable customers to pre-plan their vacations way into the second half of 2013 as the travel period has been extended to the end of September,” he said
All-inclusive return fares from Kuala Lumpur to China (Guangzhao) and India (Mumbai) start at RM1,178 and RM1,609 respectively, while return flights to Australia (Melbourne) and the UK (London) begin at RM2,169 and RM3,409 respectively.
Travel to regional destinations such as Hanoi, Bali and Manila have been discounted to RM569, RM679 and RM869 respectively for all-in return flights, while fares to East Malaysia from Kuala Lumpur (Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Sibu or Miri) are priced as low as RM458.
