Sime Darby Capitaland (Melawati Mall) Sdn Bhd revealed 8 Key Tenants for Melawati Mall, schedule for opening in Q2, 2017. The Key Tenants are:
- Daiso Japan
- MPH Bookstores
- Padini Concept Store
- Village Grocer
- Golden Screen Cinema
- Fitness First
- Smart Legacy
- SenQ

Melawati Mall will have 620,000 sq ft of retail space in 8 levels of shopping. This Mall is a joint development by Sime Darby Property and Capitaland.
