Two school-break specials from MASHolidays

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airlines' travel arm, MASHolidays, is offering two “school-break specials” packages to local holiday destinations.

For only RM422 per person, vacationers get a two day-one night stay at the three-star Naza Talyya Hotel in Johor Baru with a one-day pass to Universal Studios Singapore. Breakfast and free shuttle services between Johor Baru Senai International Airport and the hotel, the hotel to Universal Studios as well as cross-border service will be provided.

Another package involves a two night stay at Hotel Istana, Kuala Lumpur and another two nights at the Pahang National Park's Mutiara Taman Negara Resort. The package priced at RM1,390 per person is inclusive of breakfast at the two hotels, two buffet dinners at the resort and guided national park activities such as a night jungle walk, jungle trekking and an outdoor adventure at Bukit Teresek. Free return bus services will also be provided from the hotel in KL to Kuala Tembeling jetty and free shuttle boat service from the jetty to the resort.

MAS commercial strategy vice-president Datuk Dr Amin Khan said these destinations were chosen for the school holiday packages because they could include family activities. The Universal Studios Singapore package will be available until Dec 22 while the Taman Negara package will be available until March 24.
