18th Pasir Gudang World Kite Festival 2013 will be held on 20th February until 24th February 2013. Celebrating its 18th Anniversary, Pasir Gudang has been renowned worldwide as the Best Kite Festival Organiser. This internationally acclaimed event has been hosted continuously since 1995.
