KUALA LUMPUR, 9 September 2026 | Tourism Malaysia welcomed a
delegation from Mongolia comprising 16 travel agents and three Key Opinion
Leaders (KOLs) as part of a 4 days 3 night familiarisation trip (famtrip)
hosted by HTC Travel Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. Mr. Lee Thai Hung, Deputy Director
General (Promotion II) of Tourism Malaysia, was invited to attend the welcoming
dinner for a networking session. The itinerary of famtrip was covered
Putrajaya, Selangor, Pahang, Port Dickson, and Langkawi.
Furthermore, Tourism Malaysia is engaged in a joint promotion
collaboration with Green Empire Holding LLC in Mongolia from July to December
2026. Additionally, between November and December 2026, a new charter route
will operate a total of 15 direct flights from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to
Malaysia.
