ReplyDeletePreviously, organizers had disallowed video recording due to copyright but photography was allowed provided flash was not used - which is understandable as flash could temporary blind the performers and endanger them while performing.
But looks like this year even PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT ALLOWED as was told it is now copyrighted too!!
Looks like PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE NO LONGER WELCOMED to attend such events. Forget about taking pics to share with participants and sharing the beauty of lion dance to all around the world.
