You are invited to join us on 15 August 2025 at 7:00 AM for Sandakan
Day, a solemn annual memorial service held at the Sandakan Memorial Park to
remember and honour the Allied prisoners of war (POWs) who perished during the
tragic Sandakan Death Marches in World War II.
This one-hour commemorative service will be broadcast live on
Facebook and YouTube (@SabahTourismOfficial). Refer to the official program for
