The crowd went wild for Girls' Generation as they performed some of their biggest hits such as Run Devil RunThe Boys and Hoot. Die-hard K-Pop fans sang along to the mostly Korean songs, enlivening the city centre with their loud vocals.

Also performing at the first of the two-day free-for-all concert, held in conjunction with the Malaysian GP, was former Pussycat Dolls' lead singer Nicole Scherzinger. She got the crowd to jump up and dance to some of her catchy songs from her solo album.

Top local artistes James Baum, Reshmonu, Elecoldxhot, DJ Nadine and DJ Prem added some Malaysian flavour to the star-studded concert and had the audience going with their energetic performances throughout the night.

Orianthi, the rock guitarist sensation who was selected as Michael Jackson's lead guitarist for his This Is It tour in 2009, will continue the party at the same venue tonight. She will be rocking the stage with international R&B star Kelis. Also scheduled to perform are Faizal Tahir and DJ Nikki.
