Malaysia Airlines enjoys record bookings – sale extended by one day – London from RM999, Jeddah RM199 and Penang RM99

Sepang, 23 August 2016:  Malaysia Airlines is extending the turnaround sale by one day due to massive demand.  The sale saw the booking systems enjoy 5 times the normal traffic. To assist our travel agents and customers, Malaysia Airlines has added 10,000 more seats on its London route, at RM999 one way on Economy. The offer now ends a day later, at midnight 25 August.

Malaysia Airlines’ Chief Executive Officer Peter Bellew said, “The campaign has been so popular that we have broken the internet! Our loyal customers have an extra day to buy more great value seats on London.  It has been a super year for the airline and we want to celebrate with our customers. Bookings are flooding in right across the world on this unique sale. ”

For travel from 2 Sept 2016-8 March 2017, guests can now book tickets from Kuala Lumpur to London from RM999 one way, Perth from RM379 one way and Hong Kong from RM339 one way.  The airline is also offering flights from Kota Kinabalu to Shanghai from RM279 one way and Tokyo from RM499 one way.  Domestic destinations are also on offer from RM99 one way.
