Asia Ducati Week 2012



The largest gathering of Ducati owners and Ducati lovers in Asia is returning once again for the highly anticipated Asia Ducati Week 2012! Following the success of the first Asia Ducati Week in 2010, Malaysia will be joined by fellow Ducatisti from all over the world, in 2010 we saw the participation from Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, New Caledonia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and various parts of Europe.

In conjunction with the Malaysian MotoGP in Sepang this October, the 6-day event will kick off with a dinner attended by Ducati MotoGP riders, followed by street parties at a designated 'Ducati Party Zone' in down-town Kuala Lumpur where Ducatisti will paint the town red. Embracing the Ducati spirit, the Ducatisti will then attend the Malaysian MotoGP race and enjoy the Ducati Riding Experience (DRE) on the Sepang International Circuit.
The Ducati Riding Experience (DRE) will be conducted by qualified trainers supervised by Ducati Motor Holding. Divided into three different levels - Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced - all the participants would improve their riding skills with exercised in a controlled environment.

In 2010, the 52 World Superbike champion Troy Bayliss was here to thrill and ride with participants during DRE. In 2012, Loris Capirossi will be making his appearance to heat up the track where you can compete and learn from the best.

This year Malaysia once again play host to Asia Ducati Week 2012 where the excitement is even greater than that of 2010, you can expect more parties, a true taste of the Ducati lifestyle, more places of interest to visit in Malaysia and more activities in the company of equally passionate Ducati enthusiasts.
