Participating in the 2022 Seatrade Cruise Global Expo, represented by Tourism Malaysia Los Angeles, Malaysia promotes its shore excursions, port facilities as port-of-call and home-port, and pre & post cruise tours, where travelers could immerse in Malaysia diverse culture and bio-diversity on land and underwater.
The highlights of Tourism Malaysia’s participation in the Seatrade Cruise Global 2022 are:
a. Southeast Asia NTO’s Presentation and Networking Dinner;
b. Malaysia Truly Asia Dinner Reception with Florida Travel Industry Association (TIA);
c. Pre Scheduled-Appointment (PSA) with cruise travel industry players; and
d. Media Interviews on Malaysia’s destinations and tourism products.
Also presence, the State of Selangor through its tourism agency Tourism Selangor, in promoting the Port Klang Cruise Terminal and site excursions such as visiting the Mah Meri Cultural Village, Sultan Selangor Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque, Batu Caves, Sekinchan Town, Royal Klang Town Heritage Walk Tour and many more under the program of “Splendid Selangor, Take Me Anywhere”.
Several cruise-liners have stated their commitments to include Malaysia as their port-of-call or home-port on next opening of cruise schedule into Asia/Southeast Asia.
