If you don’t mind returning to university to play golf then Danau Golf Club in Bangi will be the perfect place to indulge your passion.

It is easily accessible via the North-South Highway. Just take the highway, exit the Bangi toll, go 12 o’clock at the first roundabout and 3 o’clock at the second roundabout to head straight to the entrance of the National University Malaysia or Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

The 18 holes of Danau Golf Club will lead to the amazing revelation that the course is nature designed. With the introduction of indigenous flora, even the ubiquitous palm and rubber trees, from the plantations which the course was created, have blended in to give that added aesthetic charm.

The layout consists of tree-lined rolling fairways; large, multiple-choice tee boxes; huge lakes; plenty of greenside bunkers and generous greens.

The course ranges from 5,217 meters (red) to 6,357 meters (blue), designed to accommodate players of all skill levels.

It is very economical to play here with a 9-hole round on a weekday only costing RM47.50. An 18-hole game is only RM95. A weekend 9-hole round is still less than RM100 while an 18-hole round will be RM195.
