PETALING JAYA: Firefly has introduced a new menu with an Asian flavour on board its Boeing 737 flights. In a statement, it said passengers would be able to enjoy the additional option of hot meals.
The airlines marketing and communications head Angelina Fernandez said the newly-revised menu offers an array of fresh, modern and traditional taste. The new menu includes asam-pedas fish with steamed rice, chicken sambal with lemon-grass rice, vegetable briyani for vegetarians and sweet-sour fish with fried egg noodles. Fernandez said Firefly wanted everything on the menu to reflect its positioning as a community focused airline.
