KOTA KINABALU, March 19 (Bernama) -- The month-long Sabah Fest 2010 will kick off on May 1 with a cultural extravaganza titled "The Legend of Arung Salamiah. "Sri Pelancongan Sabah Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sabah Tourism Board (STB), said the one-hour musical theatre extravaganza would run for two nights at The Magellan Sutera, Sutera Harbour Resort here.
The cultural extravaganza tells the tale of one man's journey across Sabah in search of his true love. There would also be a display of local handicrafts and food during the two-day event from 10am to 10pm. The State Museum Heritage Village would also hold cultural shows and presentation of food, dance and age-old rituals in conjunction with the event on May 3-9.
