Islamic Tourism Centre (ITC) is pleased to present a webinar entitled
Understanding Muslim-friendly Tourism, and provide insight into the potential
of Islamic Tourism within the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle
(IMT-GT) institution.
To cater to the growing interest of industry players in tapping into the
Muslim travel market, the event will seek to establish common understanding
towards developing IMT-GT as a sub-region for Islamic Tourism.
The webinar is set for this coming 19 August for government officials
and private sector of the IMT-GT member states. Dato’ Dr. Noor Zari bin Hamat,
Secretary-General of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, and Chairman of
ITC, will address the audience in his opening remarks.
