Come 1st October 2021, a display of human brilliance,
remarkable technologies and thought-provoking innovations will once again come
alive at a unique platform where global communities gather to learn and share
ideas for our shared future. While the global pandemic has resulted in the
postponement of EXPO 2020 by one year, the world expo emerges more relevant
than ever as a congregation of nations coming together to find solutions to
pressing issues facing mankind.
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation
Malaysia (MOSTI) is proud to be the lead Ministry for Malaysia’s participation
at EXPO 2020 together with Malaysian Green Technology & Climate Change
Centre (MGTC) as the implementing agency and to display our country’s
commitment to global cooperation. This includes sharing our experience and
successes in battling Covid-19. We will also showcase our passion as a nation
and our sustainable growth that has contributed to many of our successes. And
we aim to inspire at EXPO 2020 beginning with our Net Zero Carbon Rainforest
Canopy Pavilion.
Join us at Expo 2020 with our 26 weeks of thematic
business-focussed programmes where 22 Government ministries, five state
governments and 40 agencies will bring to this world stage our sustainable
industries to forge meaningful trade and business partnerships for our shared
prosperity.
Exactly another four months to go to Expo 2020 Dubai and the
world's greatest show will congregate almost every nation to find solutions to
the myriad of challenges besetting mankind today.
The organization of the Expo in 2021 is timely and
significant even now, by bringing together nations in unity and solidarity, as
we strive to overcome COVID-19 that has affected us all.
Malaysia looks forward to this gathering of global
citizens and minds, displaying our unyielding human spirit, with ideas and
innovative solutions to shape our post pandemic world.
