Malaysia Aviation Group Soars at the HR Excellence Awards 2020

 


KLIA, 22 January 2021: Malaysia Aviation Group started the year with resounding success after winning three top awards at the HR Excellence Awards 2020 virtual event, recently. Its main airline, Malaysia Airlines bagged two Gold awards for HR Leader of the Year and Excellence in Workplace Culture; and landed a Silver award for Excellence in Digital Transformation.

 

Group Chief Human Capital Officer of Malaysia Airlines Berhad, Dato' Mohd Khalis Abdul Rahim noted that, “This is a significant achievement for the Group, as it demonstrates the critical role, commitment, and collective efforts of the MAG Human Capital division. We are a strategic business partner that drives operational efficiency, creates high-performance work culture, and most importantly, enhances the overall employee experience Group-wide.”

 

“Many more digitally-led initiatives are under way for this year as we continue to develop our talent pipeline and drive our employees to embrace lean and agile methodology to support the long-term business sustainability of the Group,” added Dato’ Mohd Khalis, who was also recognised as the HR Leader of the Year at the HR Excellence Awards 2020.
