Then on the following day on December 15, the WTCR–FIA World Touring Car Cup presented by OSCARO season grand finale will take place.

The WTCR event will see the third and final race run under floodlights from 7pm (local time), making it the maiden WTCR night race which is set to be a spectacular occasion during the deciding weekend of 2019.

The hosting of both EWC and WTCR events at the same weekend will be a landmark for SIC as it will be the first time that the circuit has hosted races for motorcycles and cars on the same weekend and the world finals of all international championships will be at SIC this year.
