Langkawi’s latest Malay-themed luxury
hideaway, SERI CHENANG RESORT AND SPA LANGKAWI is
set to showcase its finest cuisines through DAPUR WARISAN. Headed by Malaysia’s
renowned Chef de Cuisine, Chef Roslan Darus, a Japanese-trained chef, brings
together 20 years of enriched cuisine experience to create a unique dining
experience for in-house guests and patrons alike.
Opening in time
for the Langkawi International Maritime Aerospace Exhibition
(LIMA) 2013 which will be held from 26-30 March 2013, Dapur Warisan invites you
to step into our world of gastronomy where
traditional Malay fares, which reflects the concept of the resort, are sometimes
fused with eclectic international cuisines. Visitors can opt to dine around the
open kitchen on high chairs to observe the delectable meals being prepared by
the chef or centred around the resort at The Wakaf by the pool, to enjoy the
architectural splendour of the villas and panoramic views of the surroundings.
The first resort on the island to introduce
the BYO (Bring Your Own) concept, guests can take advantage of the duty-free
island status by bringing their own alcoholic beverages to the resort without
any additional charge, as the resort will not sell any.
Dapur Warisan will
open its doors to the public on 20 March 2013 and its operation hours are from
0700hrs to 2300hrs daily. Special LIMA 2013
