Tourism Malaysia, in collaboration with Malaysia
Airlines, InterContinental KL, and the Kuala Langat Municipal Council, hosted a
Fam Trip for three travel agents and two media representatives from Osaka, from
May 14th-16th, 2024.
Highlights included a visit to GMBB in Bukit Bintang and a guided tour of Fusion Wayang Kulit by its founder, Mr. Tintoy Chuo. The group also visited an English language center, where Japanese students led tours of the classes and facilities. The trip concluded with an informative Q&A session with Ms. Lau Wai Cheng, General Manager and Deputy President of the National Association of Private Educational Institutions (NAPEI), and three Japanese students, along with a briefing on Edu+ packages.
This initiative
aimed to showcase Malaysia's rich cultural heritage and educational offerings.
