JOINT ORGANISERS: The Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) and All Blacks Revival (ABR) Committee of The Malay College Old Boys’ Association (MCOBA)  

TOURNAMENT OBJECTIVES: To encourage the revival of rugby among the 

participating schools; and to assist in shaping the development of rugby in Malaysia. This tournament is of national interest as it involves the top rugby schools from every State in Malaysia. The top rugby schools from neighboring countries are also invited.  

RUGBY FORMAT: 7-a-side. In accordance to variation of IRB Sevens rules.  

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Day 1: Friday – Preliminary rounds (6 matches)  

Day 2: Saturday – Preliminary rounds (30 matches)  

Day 3: Sunday – Knockout Stages (25 matches)  

CATEGORIES:

Cup Competition (1st Division)  

Plate Competition (2nd Division)  

Bowl Competition (3rd Division)  

Shield Competition (4th Division)  

EACH MATCH DURATION All matches – 7 minutes each half (1 minute break)  

Finals – 10 minutes each half (2 minutes break)
