It  also  launched its logo at Dewan Berjaya Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club, here, recently.

1MCC  and Cardiff City Football Club  chairman Datuk Chan Tien Ghee said  they would be able to reach out to youth via Facebook, Twitter and their own YouTube channel, and give the football fraternity better access to activities and programmes.

"This will see interaction and participation in our well-formulated programmes which have been designed to  develop the youths' interest in football. "With this connection they will be  able to strive to achieve their individual potential. "The Cardiff City Football Club stands by the tradition of 'Football for all'. "1MCC's objectives are inline with those of  the mother club, and it has made an impact through the 1MCC-Junior Football League 2011," he said.

Football Association of Malaysia vice-president Datuk Seri Subahan Kamal said: "We at FAM trust that working hand in hand with 1MCC can be likened to the best of two worlds coming together, and that this kind of  synergy  can only mean the best for football in Malaysia."

Cardiff City Football Club manager Malcom Mackay said 1MMC's structured set-up would revolutionise Malaysian football. "1MCC has come up with a system that can springboard and enable these young individuals to raise their game to higher levels and that is something that is commendable," he said.

This is going to be an exciting year for 1MCC as it launches the Liga 1MCC to promote grassroots football and  provide a structured and organised youth football programme for enthusiasts aged 8  to 18. The FAM-sanctioned Liga 1MCC will kickoff next month. 1MCC has partnered the Federal Land Development Authority in their community programmes via sports and education.
