Guests of Grand Margherita and Riverside Majestic hotels in Kuching who check in from Jan 1 onwards will get free in-room high speed Internet access. According to the hotels’ sales and marketing director Anthea Yeo, the complimentary Internet access had been in the pipeline for a while and now it was the right time to make it happen. “The need to stay connected is now a necessity rather than a luxury when it comes to business travelers who are constantly on the move these days. Even for those who are here on leisure trips, having Internet access to check their emails or Facebook is something we are happy to be offering,” she said.
Guests who stay at either hotels can now logon to the Internet via a wired connection boasting a best speed of 2MBps. Apart from in-room Internet, guests at both hotels can also enjoy Wi-Fi connection at the lobby, lounge and coffee house. “Apart from having reunion dinner promotions at both hotels’ coffee house and Chinese restaurants, we also have a special room package titled the Chinese New year Getaway Package for those who would be coming to Kuching to visit friends and relatives during the festive period,” said Yeo.
Starting from RM180 at Grand Margherita and RM190 at Riverside Majestic, guests would enjoy a 2D1N stay with breakfast for two adults, free in-room high speed Internet access, as well as a complimentary late check out between Feb 2 to 7. Yeo added that the complimentary late check-out is until 4pm and subject to room availability.
