PETALING JAYA: Submit a photo of anything you love about Malaysia and you may just win a free holiday to Langkawi or Kota Kinabalu. Participants of Malaysia Airlines' “Malaysia You Love Contest” also stand a chance to win hotel vouchers.
The contest, organised in conjunction with the Merdeka and Malaysia Day celebrations, will run from now until Sept 16. The entry form can be found at the MAS Facebook Fan Page site, where participants can upload an image they feel represents what they love about Malaysia, along with a creative caption of not more than 20 words. “Everyone has their own definition on what they love about Malaysia.
“This contest will let them tell everyone that one thing and hopefully will make us appreciate the little things that make us love our country,” MAS executive vice-president for commercial strategy Datuk Dr Amin Khansaid. Participants will have to collect the highest number of “Likes” to win the “Most Liked” category while the “Most Creative” and daily winners will be selected by the organisers.
Winner of the “Most Liked” category will win a three-day-two-night trip for two to Kota Kinabalu while the “Most Creative” participant will get a three-day-two-night stay for two at Langkawi, inclusive of return air tickets. For more information, visit www.facebook.com/malaysiaairlines.
