Get ready to laugh your head off with Singapore’s best comedians as they converge together for an epic performance that is sure to tickle your funny bones. Introducing Fakkah Fuzz, one of the fastest rising talents within the local comedy scene. Fuzz has performed for almost 5 years and has received positive reviews from local media such as The Straits Times Life, Berita Harian, The New Paper and Channel News Asia. Fuzz is also the champion of a local stand up competition called Stand Up for Singapore and has performed twice at the esplanade on "Happy Ever Laughter" and "Kings and Queen of Comedy Asia". He is also the host of shows such as “50 ways to be a Singaporean” and "Throwback : Balik Kampong" which still airs weekly on channel 5.
And then we have the ever lovable Gurmit Singh, often described as “Singapore’s answer to Jim Carrey” with his unique personality that is well loved by many. His versatility and multifaceted talent as a comedian, host, singer, actor makes him a hit with the audience wherever he goes. Starring in the award winning sitcom “PCK Pte Ltd” as Phua Chu Kang, ‘the best contractor in Singapore, JB and some say Batam’ he created an icon recognised by all. He was named best Comedy Actor five times in Asian Television Awards. He has also starred in various movies and series such as “Shiver, One Leg Kicking, Baby Boom, Just Follow Law and Taxi! Taxi!”
Also in the cast is Rizal van Geyzel, known for his comedic presence that lands somewhere between the profound and the absurd. He was praised by Malaysian comedy king, Harith Iskander as “the future of Malaysian stand-up comedy.” His special brand of humour touches with gentle and sometimes not-so-gentle jabs on personal topics as well as observations on Malaysian life. A modest yet idealistic young man of Malay, Chinese, Turkish and Dutch descent, his mixed heritage and upbringing gives him the insight and perspective to poke fun of the various quirks of multicultural Malaysia, reminding us that race alone does not define the human spirit.
And finally adding to the already overflowing culinary dish of comedy is Mark Lee, a household name that needs no introduction in Singapore. The boisterous actor-host have been working the local entertainment scene for the past 23 years. Over the years, Mark’s versatility and multi-faceted talents has made him one of Singapore’s most sought-after comedian and TV host. Following his success in television productions, Mark Lee took on new challenges and ventured into the film industry. Besides having a great support from the public at large, Mark has also earned himself 4 times the title of “ Best Comedian” at past Star.
