Trip Advisor, with more than 40 million monthly visitors, is the world’s largest and most popular travel site and its results were based on unbiased reviews from travellers around the world.
Lone Pine, located along Penang’s famed beach of Batu Ferringhi, was opened to the public after it underwent refurbishment and upgrading for one and a half years in the late 1990s. The hotel, with its colonial charm and heritage-like structure, has casuarina trees sheltering the garden along the beach. It is also recognised for its outstanding garden weddings.
