K-Pop band TVXQ is set to rock our shores on 18th May 2013. The concert, part of their new world tour TVXQ! Live World Tour 'Catch Me', will be held at Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam.
It has been a long wait for Asian Cassiopeia (the name for TVXQ’s fanclub), as the boys last toured Asia back in 2009, when promoting their fourth studio album Mirotic.
In July that year, the group made headlines in South Korea, when three of the original members, Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu, sued TVXQ’s management SM Entertainment over a 13-year contract deemed unfair to the members. Lawsuits followed and the legal dispute was finally settled with SM Entertainment, setting the aforementioned members free from the contract.
TVXQ announced it would continue as a duo with U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin in early 2011. In the next few years, the two went on to release two albums, Keep Your Head Down and Catch Me, along with a Japanese album Tone.
Former TVXQ members (from left) Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun have gone on to release two albums as JYJ.

TVXQ! Live World Tour 'Catch Me', to promote the 2012 album Catch Me, also marks the first time the band is performing as a duo, since the departure of Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu, who went on to form JYJ, an equally popular band of their own.
U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin kicked-start their latest tour with two shows in Seoul, Korea, last November, followed by another one in Hong Kong. Apart from Malaysia, they will also perform in Beijing and Japan.
Moreover, TVXQ! is said to be the first Korean act to perform at five major entertainment domes in Japan, namely Tokyo Dome, Osaka Kyocera Dome, Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, Sapporo Dome and Nagoya Dome.
A total of 9000 tickets for the concert in Malaysia, priced between RM168 and RM688, will be available on 16th March, from 11am to 3pm, at ticket booths located at the sixth floor of Sungei Wang Plaza.
Tickets can also be purchased via the official websites of JMP MusicTicketChargeand Rock Corner. Shuttle transportation will be provided from KL Sentral station to Stadium Malawati, courtesy of JPM Music. Vouchers for the shuttle bus can be purchased on the day the ticket sales is launched.
